Dryline Vending places and services vending machines in the Phoenix metro. Dryline Vending is operated by Cactus Wash Systems LLC ("Dryline Vending", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
1. Information we collect
- Requests you send: your name, email, phone number, the business or property name, the type of location, its city, about how many people are there each day, and your message, when you use the form on this website. We also receive how you found us: the page you landed on, any campaign or ad tags in the link you followed, and the page that linked to this site.
- Website analytics: this website uses HubSpot, which sets cookies to count visits, show which pages are read, and learn which links or ads brought visitors here. If you send us a request, HubSpot connects it to the pages you viewed on this site. Vercel Web Analytics also counts page views, without cookies.
- Browser storage: this website remembers, in your browser's own storage, the page you first landed on and any campaign or ad tags in the link you followed (the ad tags for up to 30 days), and sends them only with a request you submit.
We do not collect payment card information through this website. People who buy from our machines pay the card processor directly, and we never receive full card numbers.
2. How we use information
- Respond to your request and talk with you about placing machines at your location.
- Keep a record of our conversations and any placement agreement with you.
- Understand how visitors find and use this website.
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it to target third-party advertising.

- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law.
4. Retention
We keep a request for as long as we need it to follow up with you and to keep a record of our business relationship, then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
5. Your choices and rights
To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email sales@drylinevms.com. You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings, and this website still works without them. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information; we honor those requests as the law requires.
